This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on the V-Spark website.

V-Spark is operated by VSpark SRL and ships orders from Italy.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the European Union.

If your country is not available at checkout, it means that shipping to that destination is not currently available.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

During product launches, promotional periods, high-volume periods, or exceptional circumstances, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, when applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

Any available free shipping threshold, discount, or shipping promotion will be displayed on the website or at checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier availability, public holidays, local conditions, and events outside our control.

Estimated delivery times are:

Italy: 3–5 business days  
European Union: 5–10 business days

These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Courier and Tracking

Orders are shipped using selected courier services depending on destination, service availability, and package requirements.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply.

We cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.

Failed Delivery or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us because delivery failed, the address was incorrect, or the package was not collected, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment or, where applicable, a refund.

Additional shipping costs may apply.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package when it is delivered.

If the package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging before opening it and contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the package and product, so we can evaluate the issue.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at:

We will help check the shipment status with the courier where possible.

Please note that courier delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We currently ship within the European Union.

For standard shipments within the European Union, customs duties are generally not expected.

If shipping outside the European Union becomes available in the future, customs duties, import taxes, and local charges may apply. These costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
