HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be returned clean, undamaged, complete with all tags and original packaging where reasonably possible.

Please contact us at support@vspark.it before sending any return. We will provide the return instructions after reviewing your request.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during return shipping.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item or variant, please return the original item and place a new order.

If your country is not available at checkout, shipping to that destination is not currently available.
