Orders
How can I contact V-Spark?
You can contact us at support@vspark.it.
If your request is related to an existing order, please include your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@vspark.it.
We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once the order has already been processed or shipped.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the European Union.
If your country is not available at checkout, shipping to that destination is not currently available.
Where are orders shipped from?
Orders are shipped from Italy.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times are:
Italy: 3–5 business days
European Union: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier availability, public holidays, high-volume periods, or events outside our control.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs, when applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
Free shipping is available in Italy for orders over €140.
EU shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after shipment.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, contact us at support@vspark.it with your order number and the item you wish to return.
What condition does the item need to be in?
The item must be returned clean, undamaged, and complete with all tags, accessories, and original packaging where reasonably possible.
You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during return shipping.
Do I need to contact you before sending a return?
Yes. Please contact us before sending any return.
Items sent back without first requesting a return may take longer to process or may not be accepted.
Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item or variant, please return the original item and place a new order.

What if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@vspark.it with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
What if my product has a defect?
If your product has a defect or conformity issue, contact us at support@vspark.it with your order number and clear photos.
We will evaluate the case and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Is the product covered by warranty?
If your product has a defect or conformity issue, we will handle it in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout before purchase.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure payment providers.
We do not store your full payment card details.
