Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made on the V-Spark website.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To request a return, contact us at support@vspark.it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:
- your order number;
- your full name;
- the email address used for the order;
- the item you wish to return.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it.

The item must be:
- unused or only inspected as you would in a physical store;
- clean;
- undamaged;
- complete with all accessories, tags, and original packaging where reasonably possible.

If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.

Return process

Items must not be sent back without contacting us first.

Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during return shipping.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at support@vspark.it.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue, so we can evaluate it and provide an appropriate solution.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item or variant, please return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until you provide proof that the item has been shipped back, whichever occurs first.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
